THE SOUNDMIND PROJECT

Faculty & Board of Directors Strategic Innovation Survey

Shaping the Future of Music for Mental Health, Innovation, and Compassion

Purpose

As St. Scholastica’s School of Music embarks on The SoundMind Project, we seek your wisdom, experience, and vision in helping define the next chapter of one of the Philippines’ most distinguished music institutions.

This survey is not an evaluation of our current programs or people. Rather, it is a strategic conversation about our future—one that builds upon our Benedictine heritage while envisioning how the School of Music can become a global leader in music, innovation, healing, and compassionate leadership.

Your responses will serve as a foundation for developing the School’s future strategic direction, institutional priorities, and global identity.

Reflection Notes are Highly Requested

While the rating questions provide important quantitative data, your written reflections are the most valuable part of this survey.

The purpose of this engagement is to gather not only your assessment, but also your insights, experiences, aspirations, and bold ideas. These reflections will help us understand the "why" behind each response and identify opportunities that cannot be captured through numbers alone.

We highly request that you complete every Reflection Notes section.

Your comments may include:

  • Observations from your experience

  • Examples of successful practices

  • Challenges you've encountered

  • Ideas for innovation

  • Opportunities for growth

  • Recommendations for the future

There are no right or wrong answers. Honest, thoughtful reflections will directly influence the strategic framework of The SoundMind Project.
